Kaizen Collision Center - Las Vegas West

Omgosh, I'm telling you I will never take my vehicles anywhere else now!! The staff was beyond kind and helpful. The manager bent over backwards to make sure I got what was needed at an affordable price. I honestly can not say enough wonderful things about my experience with Kaizen. The most important part is they are honest. They are not trying to make a quick buck, they care. Eugene even took me in the back and showed me all the parts and explained my options. It was just an amazing experience.

I took my 2015 GTi to get it repaired after getting rear ended by a distracted driver. I actually checked the reviews and the location, also got a virtual estimate prior to the insurance recommending the shop. They did an excellent job putting my car back together to the original state. They went the extra mile to make sure my needs were met. I'll definitely recommen the shop for anyone that needs repairs and an awesome service. 👌

I was in a hit and run that cosmetically damaged my rear bumper on my Forester. While it didn't affect any major parts, the bumper was still ready to peel off and it barely snapped back in place. My insurance sent me here and I'm so happy they did. The staff got me taken care of within a week (sooner than originally estimated). The repair was flawless and the process was simple and easy. I'll be recommending them to everyone!

Just completed a wonderfully refreshing experience with this top notch repair operation. We had a non insurance related repair which was caused by a hit and run driver. We shopped it with several prominent collision shops and got the same indefinite estimates regarding costs and timing. Couldn't really tell for certain until they got into the damage!! When we got involved with Eugen and his team they assured us that it could be done at a reasonable price and on a timely basis. And they did it. A perfect repair and then some!! I highly recommend these professionals!!
