I noted three things that needed to be repaired/looked at due to my car being run off the road by another driver. The tall guy (manager maybe?) got all emotional saying “You and I both know it wasn’t related to your accident.” So he proceeded to single out my guy friend and explain to him how it works, because obviously myself and my girlfriends just couldn’t possibly understand. In the end a bolt just needed to be tightened. If they had looked at it in the beginning it wouldn’t have been an issue AND and easy free fix. They also wouldn’t give my keys back until I paid the $500 deductible (which I was not supposed to pay) and Kaizen refused to correct the bill even though State Farm had sent them an updated correct claim stating I was not at fault. Pick up took 2 hours and we were late for our trip. Funniest part was I was on a video call when I walked in so the whole conversation of him accusing me of lying was live to my friends. So we got a good laugh about the insane experience for a few hours. So thanks for the laughs I guess!

I was traveling through Flagstaff when my front bumper almost fell off. Kaizen was the closest body shop. They were booked, but so kindly fixed me up enough to get home. Bless their souls, wonderful people, they saved my butt!

They did great work and were fast. They even took the time to address my concern of needing an alignment and did the alignment even when they said the insurance declined it.

One thing to be sure to do is make an appointment for your estimate. They do not take walk-ins. The other inportant thing to note is they do not take personal checks or cash. They only take credit or debit and there is a 3% fee for credit. They did a great job fixing the large scrape on my car. It looks as good as new!
