I didn't get much help when I had a problem that was no fault of my own. I purchased a rear shock that was rated for 30 pounds over my weight. Every time I ride, I bottom out at least half a dozen times without even getting air. I was offered a 30% discount on a new spring and had to buy it within 12 days to get the discount. I didn't even know what to buy since the first spring rating was completely inaccurate. I asked for an extension on the 12 day discount and was told "no". I'll be selling the shock and buying Rally Raid products. Front fork spring is the same issue, too soft.

First experience was great for the tenere 700. Gave them another shot to beef up my 1290 super adventure t. The website had the incorrect springs listed for the front. Turns out they don't have the correct springs for the front. So called and got the return authorization for the rear. I ended up having to pay return shipping. Was told I would get a full refund. But they only refunded product. So I paid $30 total in shipping. All to help them discover their error on their website and spend a few days phoning back and forth. Their product is great when it is correct. But if it's not, you may be out some money. The worst part is, I really like their product, but will probably look at other companies to avoid this again.

Best customer service I've ever dealt with. Emails and phone calls all answered immediately and no run around of talking to different people. I will buy from them again just for the customer service.
