. Consumer beware I Was scammed by this company. I do not trust their work. After getting my driveshaft refurbished They told me to get it balanced. I opted out Thinking I don’t need it. I drove it up to 62 miles an hour and realized the driveshaft needed to be balanced. So I originally remember Hudson telling me to get a balanced and I opted out. But then realizing what he said ($170), I went back and got it balanced. In this process. I changed my wheel hub, While the truck was down with the driveshaft. I changed hub seal. All new parts. Long story short, three hubs, 6 bears,4 seals almost $300 gas total $2000 later figuring out that my hub is not the problem. It was the driveshaft, I was down for two weeks. The driveshaft was NOT balanced It was not even balanced slightly. they asked me why did I not bring it back to them because of their guarantee, I responded “because I don’t trust you”. The driveshaft was completely off. I told him to fire the guy.. Total around $380 was paid. I was scammed. I ended up hiring another shop. (ShaftMasters $102 )shaftmasters fixed it in one hour. Shaftmasters in Lincoln Park Fixed it. Shaft master is reliable and I will end up giving them all my work I asked joint clutch and gear for a refund $170. But they denied it so I promised them a review

Had my God father drop off my drive shaft in the afternoon they had it fully rebuilt in 24 hours and let me do a phone sale and set it packaged airtight outside for me as I couldn't make it there before they closed great customer service and great turn around time will Def go back

I have a F250 and I needed some work done replacing my u-joint for my front. I called them ahead and was well advise. I went there in person and the staff was nice and professional. I am looking to balance my driveshaft due to some vibration, and without hesitation, I am returning to them. Regarding the price I can't tell if they are competitive or not because I only worked with them since I have my truck.

I believe there is only 1 person that actually knows what is going on. The rest of the counter help are useless and avoid the customer like the plague. I am avoiding having to do any business with that place. I will drive a farther distance to do business out of Romulus. I don't know what it is, but businesses in Romulus employ the rude or entitled people. I'm not sure which because they act the same. Better businesses outside of Romulus. Romulus does not even have a grocery store. How pathetic. Help the industrial and screw the residents
