I stopped for a vehicle inspection and was confused and disgusted. I was told he rejected my 2020 Toyota Camry due to needing tires and an alignment. I told him I am not buying new tires today. He already rejected my car and kept my windshield decal. That cost me $13.91. So, I left there and went to Toyota Dealer In Buckhannon. No issues noted and all tires passed without any problem. Sounds to me like someone was trying to make a couple of bucks at my expense. I would not recommend this station to anyone. The lady that works in the office also has the personality of a rock.

In April 2022 Johnny did A LOT of work on my car that was needed for awhile and he was awesome as usual. Nobody's gonna work on my car but Johnny! I live in Philippi and drove all the way to Clarksburg just have Johnny repair my car because I trust him and he knows his business!!! Need to call for an appointment to get Elvis inspected this month.

Very disappointed with this shop. Had scheduled an inspection for the morning and had an emergency and was forced to reschedule. I called to let them know I was going to be a little late; it showed as less than 5 miles away but turned out being an almost 20-minute drive, so I tried my best to drive quickly. As I'm almost there, one of the workers calls back and says, "I'm sorry, we can no longer take you." I understood and asked them "When is the soonest I can reschedule?" The woman responded and said "Okay, thanks." I repeated myself, "When can I reschedule?" Her response, again, was "Thanks. Bye." Don't recommend.

I guess he doesn't take walk-ins. Got there about 10am for sticker on windshield. Told me he couldn't get to me til 2:30. Needed it sooner went else where
