I cant give just a one star because they did do some work on my car and were friendly. They told me they would be there around 2 or 3 they didn't arrive till 530, ran codes misfire. So they told me I needed to change either the coils or spark plugs. They were able to change the coils but they were supposed to come back the next day to replace the spark plugs because the coils didn't fix the issue. The next day I get a text they can't make it family emergency, I'm like ok just please show up the following day they said no worries the following day they didn't show up, won't answer my texts or calls. For the price they charge you think it would be more professional. I had to call someone else because I can't afford another day of missed work. 2 days I missed work minus what I paid for the repair. Don't use these service unless you want to be left high and dry.. I had to leave an update. I went to another mechanic to only find out Joe's purposely cut things they weren't supposed to they damaged my car flow intake tube which was new to begin with. I will never use this business again.

Best price in town. Good communication and easy to talk to and deal with. dropped my car off for an estimated 4 hour job in the cold rain had it done in 2. Kept me updated on eta and car was just as clean as when i dropped it off. Highly recommend mechanics.

2004 Cadillac Deville. Needed alternator. Im from Kansas City and was staying at a hotel. Called them at 1pm ish. Showed up at 730pm. They took me to get the part from Orileys, and stayed to fixed it well into the night. Took 2/3hrs total? But it was fixed, i got home, and havent had issues since (Sept 15th, 2024)

4 hours late left the vehicle inoperable, turned the security system on and refuses to come back and figure out if they messed anything up. Lady that u text about information, claims to file a harassment charge, about her customers wanting them to come fix their mistake.
