Just wanted to post my first and last experience with Joe cruisers Spartanburg. I had ARE camper shell installed and bed liner sprayed in. I was impressed with getting both camper shell and liner done in one day. So I go get it this morning and once I got home I noticed the 3rd brake light on the shell wasn't working. Now I live 30 min away so instead of taking it back I figured I would see if I could find the issue. I traced the wires back to the driver's side tail light. Once I removed tail light I immediately noticed the issue. Instead of butt splicing the wires into the truck harness they just trimmed the insulation back on the wires and wrapped the strands together and put black tape on it to secure it. I'm not sure where the professionalism was today but it wasn't used on my truck. I repaired the problem myself because let's be honest first impressions and lack of professionalism did I really want them "correcting" the issue. This is just disappointing. I called them with my findings and was told that they had some new guys working yesterday and maybe that's where the issue came from. I understand everyone has to start somewhere but why not check behind them or If they are new maybe not have them wire up someone's truck. So now that I found this I started looking at everything. I noticed a decent size scratch on my new $2600 camper shell. They said that it might have to go back to ARE for repair but it's obviously fresh so who is really at fault for this? Just really frustrating and bad business. One more complaint the truck was completely filthy. It was covered in sand dust from the bed liner prep. They did try and spray it off with water but once dried the dust was still there. Again for the money maybe try and wipe something down. Sorry I'm long winded but maybe just be cautious if you were planning to have them do an install for you. I was wanting to take truck back for bumper/winch install in a couple months but that won't be happening now. If you can't wire in light. What kind of problems would I experience with winch install

While I have no issue with the workmanship on the installation of my tonneau cover on my truck, the post installation customer service is effectively nonexistent. There is a $100 rebate that Leonard's was aware of prior to ordering the cover, and they in fact offered to help process it once the work was complete. The UPC code from the box is required, which they disposed of. Mistakes happen, but after no less than 5 emails and as many calls to Matt and his team, no response on how to resolve the issue. They promised to reach out to the supplier and call back, there has been zero communication from the Leonard team. The rebate was a deciding factor in shopping with Leonards, and it is a shame that they couldn't follow through with a simple customer service item.

We brought in a brand new truck to have a spray in bedliner put in and when we got it back, it was filthy. Called and asked why it was so dirty and was told the hose pipe was blocked and they forgot to do it after vehicles that was blocking hose was moved. I have had several spray in liners done there in previous years and truck was always clean when I picked it up. Talked to the person who was over the spray in liners and he informed me he had worked there for 13.5 years. I can care less all I asked is to pick up truck in same condition as I left it. They had no problem taking the 580.00 for the bedliner. But didn’t mind returning my truck dirty. I know there is a process in scuffing the paint so bedliner will stick properly and that’s fine but a quick 10 min wash was definitely expected . Not much to ask in my opinion. If I didn’t have all the money bet my truck would not have left there but it’s ok to do a half finished job and collect full payment.

Leonard Truck Services was very helpful with my purchase of a B&W trailer hitch. They knew the product well and provided excellent advice to me. Additionally, their team was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Two thumbs up!!!

Very friendly And done a good job on installation of a truck bed cover. I do need to say they don't have enough people. The installer was trying to do several jobs to promised customers.
