Jochy Auto Repairs

My 2023 Chevy Malibu has been stuck in Valet Mode for a month due to the cars computer not registering the PIN that I entered. I spent a month trying to figure out what to do. I decided to go to Chevy dealerships. Only to be told that it would cost $750 and would take two hours worth of work. I knew that I was being lied to as it would only take 5 minutes' worth of work. The cars computer just needed to be re-flashed. I knew what had to be done but just didn't have the tool to do so. So I decided to look for local mechanics after waiting a few weeks. I went to multiple places and finally found one that had the tool to do so. This place is a whole operation the way it's ran and that's good to see. People were friendly and helpful. I was told $45 by the bald guy with the scarf around his neck after I explained the issue to him. I proceeded to wait until it was my turn. I told the mechanic what had to be done since I knew already what had to be done. The mechanic was thorough in his work but he proceeded to pop open the radio which was something that was not needed. I told them you just have to plug it in your computer and that's it. After waiting almost an hour they then proceeded to do what I said they had to do. I was happy though so that didn't bother me. I gave the mechanic a high five and a hug. I then went to pay only to then be told $170 plus tax which equals around $190. I was shocked at the huge difference. I didn't say anything because there was gospel music playing from my car. Overall I was happy the job was done but was really upset at the huge price difference. Just be upfront because I specifically asked the guy before everything was done for the price. If it was too much I would've came back next week. Maybe there was a communication issue. The work was great but the price change was not professional at all. I would come back again because I see they are thorough but next time just give me the exact price.

I love this auto mechanic!! They have many guys working here with very different expertise!! So what ever is wrong with your car , weather it’s electrical paint or mechanical or even oil changes this is the place to go the owner is very very easy to talk to and work with ! Definitely recommend!

The shop was beautiful and beyond, Jochy has an Army of great intelligent mechanics that treats your car like theirs. It was a great experience, price was very fair and reasonable, I recommend this business, we need more business like this 👌 thanks for the outstanding work.

I recently had a terrible experience at this mechanic and I feel compelled to warn others. I brought my car in for a simple repair, expecting a straightforward process. Instead, I was hit with an outrageous bill that was far above the initial estimate. When I questioned the charges, the guy jhochy was incredibly rude and dismissive, refusing to explain the additional costs.

Great auto repair shop. Multiple expertise with dedicated shops for each, including electronic technology, tire management, general mechanics brakes, engine, transmission, etc. Fair pricing is another thing that we liked. Note: this particular is efficient but very busy. Go early and be prepared to wait.
