Only giving 1 star because zero stars is not an option. Went here for when my power steering was going out, they kept my car for over a week and when I was told the issue was “fixed” I paid $680 dollars. Later that day the power steering went out again and I brought it back in and they kept it for two more days and told me again it was “fixed” and my power steering went out the next day. Wouldn’t recommend this dumpster fire of a place to my worst enemy.

Great experience with JJs. Needed 4 tires put on my travel trailer and James got on it right away and had em done in an hour. 5 stars!

Got an alignment done, it wasnt done right. Took it back and the guy was overly defensive now my vehicle pulls to one side on a straight road as well as wore down my tired so fast and my front end shakes aggressively at 55 to 75. I doubt theyll correct it, headed back on my day off to see if at least a manager can have a logical decent conversation with a customer that paid for service that was meant to prevent my vehicle from doing what its doing now. Im disappointed and not a certified tech yet im not stupid enough to think the job was done correctly. Lets see if the second time around they at least acknowledge the bad service i was given.

Very curt and rude--obviously busy but basically refused to even discuss our situation or offer advice on quick roadside repairs that we wanted to do ourselves. I'm sure they would be nicer for paying customers (and we would have paid, given the chance), but they refused us even one minute of their time.

Called to discuss issue with my vehicle. Man told me that "you don't go to Walmart to just buy one shoe" and hung up. Probably woke up with only one shoe on the wrong foot. God bless his sole.
