I brought my car in for a specific service, but after taking it home, I realized it wasn't fixed. I said I would return to address the issue, but they charged me an extra service fee for the same repair that was never completed. They have a service warranty, and for the same issue, they shouldn’t have charged me, yet they did as if I was bringing it in for a different problem. They did not honor the warranty. In the end, I paid for the service that wasn’t fixed and then had to pay another diagnostic fee to diagnose the same problem again. In the end the he never fixed the issue. Additionally, if you pay with a debit card, they charge you a percentage fee. I do not recommend this establishment.
