I had an excellent experience at the Yadkin rd location. The manager and Mr. Woods gave exceptional client care. I appreciate the professionalism and expedited visit. I usually use the McPherson location but I’ll be continuing my relationship with Yadkin Rd. Nice job guys!

Not a good experience. I get emails saying that oil changes can be done in 15 mins or less however today I have been waiting for almost an hour to get an oil change. No one has updated me since I have been here and I’m not sure when my car will be finished. I believe they may be short-staffed today but an update would be nice. Don’t think I will be back here.

Went in for an NC vehicle inspection. Didn't take more than 20 minutes. Fair price, great service, not far from Fort Bragg. I'll be back in 2026 ;)

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. After my vehicle was put on the lift and my tires were removed the staff noticed that my brakes were due for a replacement. I agreed to have them replaced since the vehicle was already on the lift and I had had frequently visited this JiffyLube location and had trusted their service prior to this incident. After the staff “completed the job” (which took over two hours to do) they lowered the vehicle from the ramp and attempted to drive the vehicle while the parking brake was engaged, which ended up breaking the Parking Brake Motor. On top of this, I had already paid for the completed job before the brakes were checked which was my mistake again. The staff then raised the vehicle back onto the ramp without notifying me what was going on with the vehicle, and when I asked the staff “what was going on”, they replied “don’t worry, we’re fixing it,” without telling me what “it” is. After that comment I asked to speak to the manager and asked him what had happened to the car, and he explained that during the repairs the parking brake motor was damaged. To their credit, the manager was respectful and did drive to Mazda to get a new part for the vehicle and had the kindness to let me know that “Don’t worry, you won’t have to pay for this.” Thank you for letting me know that I won’t have to pay for the damages that you caused JiffyLube.
