I go where my money is appreciated, this we should all know about me by now! And if you want valuable, and reasonable service from a professional and kind team, then this is where you should come. TELL THEM I SENT YA!!! Enough of that let’s get into the thick of it. The way the world is now, it’s hard to find good service but even more great service with good prices. Well here at this Jiffy Lube I found both! I came in one day to get an estimate for the work needed on my vehicle and the staff first was fully attentive along with the manager Brent who was very humble as he listened intently to what I was asking, did I mention he was in the middle of lunch, stopped to hear me and offer me assistance… Anyhow, he told me what it would cost and my face lit up because I just knew he’d give me the highest price ever (which actually happens a lot to me being that I’m a solo female and the person thinking I don’t know any better) but he didn’t. He not only gave me a fair price but told me he could get right to it. I was impressed to say the least, however, I wanted him to finish his lunch so I told him I’d come back. Well I made it back and Brent with his kindness, professionalism, and friendly, staff welcomed me almost with open arms as they immediately began to work on my vehicle. It’s been a long time since I felt valued at an auto place, therefore, I want to make it known that here I do. From the manager, to the beautiful receptionist, to the other two techs in attendance they made me feel important and the work was spot on. In November of 2023 I went to this location for a simple oil change because it was cheaper than my dealership. The service destroyed my car to being unusable shortly after. The technician put coolant in my oil and my head gasket blew because of his faulty error in judgement costing me $10,000 to pay off my loan and buy a new car which I’d like to be reimbursed for. I have all the paperwork from the work done to try and salvage my car and can pull up my receipt with y’all to prove my transaction

I am highly upset because not only did i trust them to service me with integrity and honesty, but i paid hard earned money that could have been spent else where. I moved to Sandy Springs years ago and have faithfully been going here for oil changes. No issues, the usual banter with people who have become familiar because of how consistent i have been coming here. So you can imagine the fury I'm feeling learning that they are sneaky, greedy, dishonest, and who knows how many times this has happened to me or others... My oil being changed this last time around seemed off, it seemed too soon but "oh well i can't drive around with 10% oil in my car" so i went to get my car serviced like normal only to forget i had a tune up appointment with my mechanic coming up (which includes an oil change).... i still went for my tune up and he still drained the oil because i didn't mention that i had just got an oil change. Only for my mechanic to be completely confused by that because as he says "what was done" he begins to pour out this black, tarry looking oil, mind you, i just got my "oil changed" on 12/6 and i was meeting my mechanic on the 13th. Not only did it seem my oil was never drained but they just poured SOME oil on top of what was there. I emphasize SOME because my car takes 5-8qts and not only did the jug pour out to 4qts, there was already about 1qt worth of oil in there previously. This is crazy, mind blowing and a complete waste of money. I will NEVER EVER deal with them again and NEITHER SHOULD YOU I wish i had video of him pouring that oil out, but i do have a photo of the jug it filled SMH

The manager was supposed to call me back he never did I believe they tricked me on saying that my brake fluid needed to be changed I spoke with my maintenance guy and the children my children I’m older lady and they said nobody ever gets their brake fluid changed I spoke with a guy that was inside there. They said they always got good service there and then I asked him. Did he ever get his brake fluid changed and he said no never That’s what took the red flag up. Are they tricking me because I’m a lady and because of my color and my age I left a message on the door and with the employee that was working Easter weekend they never called me back. They said he would be back on Tuesday. I haven’t heard from The manager yet Also, they broke one of my studs and did not tell me. I didn’t find out until I got ready to get out of the car. I was at the grocery and I looked down and it was broke. That’s why I called back. No one has called yet. I did not get a receipt I had rated it Before I knew that My STUD on my tire, the cap was broke Make sure your eyes are dotted, and your teas are crossed before you leave there

In addition to oil change, I had front brakes, radiator flush, tires rotated, and replaced engine air filter. Very pleased with the quality of the work, price, and speed of service. Brett is the best.
