Fast, friendly service from all, nothing needed but name verification as it should be. Another great location to direct my drivers to.

They used to remember me by name, clean the inside of the car, and their service was more personal. Not anymore. One time they locked the car with the keys inside and I had to resolve the best I could. No apologies. Last time I went there for inspection they would not pass the car because of fog lights being out. It passed the previous year. Fine. I had to take the car to a different place, take the day off from work, and had them removed. I took another day off to take the car to finish inspection. The kid would NOT inspect the car because “it could get busy”, even thou the other employee already took the car in and got it ready. There was just 1 car in the bay. I had to leave, take another day off, return, and beg the kid to inspect the car. I sent my complain to their main office. Their automatic response said they would contact me. They never did. Not returning.

Came 15min before close and asked if it was OK to get a quick oil change. The gentleman said sure and showed us where to sit. He came to talk to us twice rudely because we came at the end. Well if you didn't want our service or our money then you shouldn't have told us we could have the oil change. If your going to provide a service have the decency to be courteous and polite. Asked at the end if he would just make sure the oil plug was tight because we've had issues and he said yes....we walked outside and he shut and locked the garage and office door behind us. So much for checking.....garbage

Incompetent mechanic's, either my oil pan plug was finger tight and not finger snug and somehow vibrated loose. Making me loose all of my oil. Or it was never tightened in the first place. Currently in a tow on my wa there. Will be filing a formal complaint and will update after the visit to see how they handle potentially blowing my engine.

High price! didn't complete all the things that was checked off as done like vacuum floors and wash exterior windows! Plus charged an extra $4.00 for supplies I guess that was for vacuuming and window washing that didn't happen?? Everything was itemized changed on the bill! The plus side is She was nice and it didn't take long!
