Joesph and Isle were the absolute best. They helped us look for all of the parts and they helped us when we were stranded going back to school from Big Bear. They fixed our car so quickly and were so sweet and even drove us to go get the parts we needed. If you are ever in need of a mechanic come here!!

Pulled up at 6:45 to 3 younger guys looking eager to start there weekend. I asked if they would do a oil change even tho it was so close to closing. They went about and beyond by doing my oil change. Took off splash shield guard never put back on my new 2024 civic. The assistant manager and manager have agreed to fix issue. patiently waiting......... Only ever had my oil changed here. Very disappointed in the service. Almost a week still driving compromised. 32,000 dollar car! Bad business!!!

Joseph and Isle I believe her name was. They both were so awesome and respectful. There was another lady but I forgot her name. Very professional and told me options how to about my issue with my van. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Definitely will be going back to Jiffy Lube Highland location again. Such amazing people and very knowledgeable!

Today I came in to get an oil change, it was administered as usual. My partner was conversating with Andie and Isle while I was asking Cris questions regarding my car. However when I payed it, the payment would not go through and I was stuck hNere for an hour trying my best to resolve it with my bank since I had to open a new account due to my other banking information getting stolen. I was back and forth with customer service dealing with the issue and I had to wait 20 minutes due to me going to "receive" a call to verify the transaction. At the mark of roughly an hour, Andie, Isle and Cris told me to not to worry about it and that they would pay for it because they overheard me saying that I would have to wait up to a day simply there until I received a call. I can't express how gratified I am as it has been a hard week and having them done this for me really made my week a lot better. I will definitely be coming back to pay it but for now I'm super thankful for them for doing this big favor for me. In the future I will be definitely also coming back due to the value they have in regards to the customer service and simply just making sure that no matter what they know were all human and we all go through uncontrollable things.
