First of all, everybody, there was truly super kind. Great.Quick service especially on a super hot day and walmart car care center was packed. they had like twenty cars lined up. Jiffy lube might be a tad bit more pricey, but it's worth it. Great Staff, Great Craft. And had me back on the road.in my Black shades listening to Boosie Collins, feeling like Shaft!

The place was empty when I got there which was great, but to have all the employees standing around my car during my oil change was a bit unnerving as a woman, especially when they were all men. Then from the time I was there the last time with my other vehicles to this time the price has almost tripled. Parts are 1/4 but labor turned out to be 3/4 of the price.. I was astonished! From now on I will be finding a home service repair man, who is reasonable and I will buy my own oil change kit from Napa or auto zone ($30) Everyone is on a budget and to jack the price so much is outrageous. You will only continue to loose business

I just took my car to Jiffy Lube for an oil change, and I have to say—what an amazing experience! Ben and Charles were the ones working, and they made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. They were both incredibly friendly, talkative, and provided top-notch customer service. They even offered me water, which was a nice touch. The whole experience was absolutely five-star, and that’s exactly why I’m leaving this review. If management sees this, I want to say—you’ve hired the right people! Great customer service like this is what will keep me coming back when my car needs an oil change again. Honestly, I used to go to Valvoline, and when Ben mentioned I wasn’t in the system, I realized this was my first time here. But after today, I can confidently say I’ll be sticking with Jiffy Lube because of the outstanding service I received. Thank you so much, Ben and Charles! I strongly recommend this Jiffy Lube. A month ago, I had gone there for the first time to get an oil change. Upon looking at the oil on the dipstick, they told me I should wait another 1500 miles because my oil was totally clean. I really appreciated this because they could have charged me $100 to do it, but they chose instead to do right by me. So I took my car in for service last weekend, and they did a great job. I will use them exclusively in the future.

You know. The service was good. I just didn't need them to try and upsell me over 50$ on windshield wipers. I use Ibeams on my windshield. Regular windshield wipers would never compare or be that price. Kinda pushy on that and my air filter. There not that expensive. If I told you I only want an oil change just give me the oil change and let me be on my way.
