Expensive and useless when it comes to anything other than oil changes. I went in when my car started misfiring the first time. Took them 5 minutes and they tried to charge me 352$ just for spark plugs and told me after the fact, I was confused. They assumed, and decided to change my spark plugs with some cheaper ones :/ spark plugs weren’t even the issue. My car started misfiring again the very next day. They didn’t notify me that there was a big chance that it can misfire again. Or that they could’ve diagnosed my car properly with a more advanced computer, for 85$ to see what was the actual problem.

This is the second time I’ve had issues when getting just a simple oil change here. The first time the oil filter housing was cracked from being over tightened ( thank you dodge for using plastic ). I figured cars 10 years old at the time and l replaced the whole oil cooler system myself with a full aluminum replacement. That I can get over because it’s an easy mistake on an older piece of plastic. However this I cannot. Brought it in for an oil change last weekend and immediately after leaving it throws a check engine light and low oil pressure light. Code says to check for oil pressure sensor, intake gaskets, plenum seal, everything I replaced just last summer while fixing what they broke the first time. So I had a hunch to check the oil filter and see if it wasn’t seated properly. It was entirely the wrong one for my car. This is insane and could cause a massive amount of damage to my engine. I can easily say I will never bring any vehicle to a jiffy lube again. In the picture the one on the left is the one jiffy lube installed, and the other is what I replaced it with an actual mopar filter.

Great service, and parts replacement. Had the rear shocks replaced on my Ford Ranger. Jaun did a quick and awesome job! I highly recommend this particular Jiffy Lube. Been taking my vehicles here for over 12 years.

My neice and her fiance tried doing an oil change on my car. Almost succeeded but couldn't get the filter out. They called jiffy lube and asked if they could. Of course they said yes it would cost $37 something because they had already bought the oil and filter. My car was towed there. They got straight to work. Later found out o'rileys sold us the wrong size filter. Jiffy was on it. Put on one of theirs. A gentleman came to my neice and I letting us know that they did it for free!!! I couldn't beleive it! Absolutely amazing! Can't thank them enough!
