UPDATE:Took vehicle to another location to double-check work and skid plate was missing a bolt. Horrible experience. Passed over for service to 3 customers who came after me who were finished and left. Others who were there before me left. 50 minutes to get oil change and last vehicle to be done. Crew member was vaping and scrolling on his phone when I looked into the bay. When asked if there was something wrong with the vehicle the idly standing technician yelled back "we are just putting on the skid plate, unless you don't want it." Incredibly rude tone and treatment. Another technician came in to charge and was going to charge full price and I mentioned coupon. Then he said $21 but he'd "give $30" off since waited so long. The sign in front of the Jiffy Lube advertised $30 off! One Asian man who could not speak English but used Google translate to ask for an oil change was left standing outside until he finally drove off with no service. They appear to have selective customer service at best. Zero confidence in the service work done, lack of professionalism, and having vehicle checked today for any problems they may have caused after reading the much lower rating reviews on Yelp. Glad I put my cash tip away. Go here if you don’t mind them using your vehicle to block bay and pretend to be busy when running down the clock at the end of the day.

I want to give a big thank you to the technicians at Jiffy Lube! I came in for an oil change on 02/03/25, 515pm. And mentioned I needed to leave in 20 minutes to pick up my child from school. Not only did they get the job done quickly, but they also took care of my indicator light issue. I was in and out in no time, and the light is now gone. I'm extremely happy with the service and their efficiency. Truly appreciate the great work and the attention to my time constraints! They even give me a better discount for my oil change . Thank you thank you thank you

I usually don't leave reviews but after this experience I felt I had to. Went there for an oil change in my company truck , the guy came up and asked me what I needed and I said just an oil change, he said it would be a couple of minutes and I should wait in the waiting room. After about 10 minutes the lady with a laptop came up to get my information and have me sign which I did. About 15 minutes later when the oil change was done and I went to pay the bill they hit me with a $99 bill for a $59 oil change. When I questioned it they said they installed a $35 air filter. When I told him I did not order it we went round and round and it turned out when I signed for the oil change they had put the air filter on there without telling me. I told them I didn't want it at that price so they said they would put the old one back on. I looked out in the repair Bay and saw the guy digging through the garbage looking for it. I stopped him and said forget it I will pay for the air cleaner. I thought the worst part was over until I got in my truck. I keep a towel on the seat to keep it clean it was covered in oil. I took the towel off and noticed the back of my seat the hand rest the door everything covered in oil. It looked like the guy dumped oil on his back and hands and got in the truck and got oil everywhere. I brought it to their attention and they sent the guy out there to clean it up who did a pretty half-ass job. The next day I find a dirty pair of their gloves on the floor in the truck . Needless to say I would never go to this place for service again it would never recommend it to anybody. If I can give them zero Stars I would.

Took my SUV there for a quick oil change. Switched pricing 3 times (higher) once my car was on the rack. After 1.5 hours the kid came in and very nicely said they could not get the oil plug out to change the oil. Said last person must have tightened it too tight and to take it back to them. Said they would change the filter though for $10 but ended up charging me $22. I asked if he stripped the bolt trying to get it loose since I kept hearing pounding and some kind of hydraulic wrench and he said no (BIG FAT LIE!). Took my car to my regular mechanic and told him he must have tightened it too tight. He said, no, you need a special tool to take the oil plug out in my car and they probably did not have the tool or knowledge about my car. Jiffy stripped the plug trying to get it out. Not only that they broke the oil cap using a wrench to get it off and used an after market oil filter charging me much more than the filter cost retail. Apparently it is illegal to use an after market oil filter and they should have known that. My mechanic is helping me file a grievance against them.

Unfortunately, this place is a hit or miss, since i've been here twice. The last time I was there to get an oil change, Oct.2024, I thought it was good. Then, i noticed i was leaking oil. At first, i thought they may have put too much in, and it was just adjusting, but after 3 days, i realized it was an oil leak, so i went back. I went back during the day time, which was when i had the oil changed, and one of the same guys was there, so he checked it out. I was told it was nothing, and it was good. Then, after two more days of leaking oil, i took it back in the evening to a different crew who immediately recognized that the problem was a defective oil filter, which he immediately changed and corrected, and capped off the oil that i had been losing, and told me to bring it back in the morning for the manager/supervisor to re-check, which i did. This time when i went back, it was the morning crew, and even though the evening crew had taken pictures and made notes for the manager/supervisor and day crew, they seemed more in cover-up mode than accepting any responsibility. Needless to say, i won't be going back to this location, as much as it is convenient, and i still like Jiffy Lube.
