The crew needs some training in greeting customers, waiting for customers to finish explaining or asking their question without being rushed. The guy that charged me was extremely condescending. He was Latino, fit build and needs to humble himself. Customer service jobs needs more people like the gentlemen that was actually working on the cars and right away made eye contact with my family, greeted us and asked us to go inside to get checked in and there would be a 1 hr wait time. He was straight to the point and informative. He was the African American gentlemen, younger. Shame that the older man had less manners. Smh never ever going back to this place.

The service was quick, which was great. I purchased Rain-Ex wipers and discovered that they were cheap non-brand wipers. Not too happy that they did that. It makes wonder if they actually used synthetic oil that I paid for. Not t very satisfied

I called before coming in because I was getting my car towed there as it was out of oil due to a leak. The man on the phone said no problem, come on in. I arrived ~25-30 minutes before closing. The staff looked pissed but they did the service. It was uncomfortable dealing with a scowling man at the register. But they did the service and got me out 5-10 minutes before the store officially closed. Next time I'll go to the other location in Perris as they're usually very friendly.

Quick fast and great customer service. I arrived the first time however had to leave because I had a couch being delivered. They were not irritated or rude. Once my couch was delivered I went back and service was quick. I will keep going there. Price is a little more than other places but hey can’t beat the fast service.

we had bought this car about a month ago. it did not have any oil leak, or leak of any kind. came back from Jiffy Lube, went inside, came out about an hour later & there was a very large oil puddle under the car. i pulled the dip stick & they had significantly overfilled the motor oil. UNFREAKING BELIEVABLE

My experience was awesome from the moment I got there. The kind man who met me i side was very clear with what my car needed and he even offered me some coupons which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely return to this shop again for my next oil change

Over the phone they tell me they don’t do spark plugs, but when I come in they are in the middle of a spark plug job! I asked and they said they aren’t supposed to, but that one of the techs does them anyways all the time under the table if I was interested, it just seems so unprofessional and I lose trust in this shop. My family and I will be going to the Ramona jiffy lube from now on. However, Luis and Cesar have always took good care of me here and have always helped with discounts so it’s atleast a extra star.

Went in for an oil change last week and was greeted by James. Exceedingly customer service, very informative on what my car needed. I will definitely be going back and recommending this location!
