Jiffy Lube

I am a satisfied customer however I’d like to share some suggestions and an area that noted reviewed but ignored. I waited 3 hours I would have appreciated an estimated time for completion. The formed indicated tires air pressure had been checked, yet my sensors correctly listed three tires were well under inflation levels one as low as 24, the others at 28. The manager and staff were friendly and for efficiency and safety these items should be noted.

Quick service. In and out and all done right. Also polite and friendly service from all the staff. Location is very clean. Good place to take your auto for a quick reliable oil change. Was also nice there was no pressure to purchase anything else.

Michael and the crew at jiffy Lube did a great job servicing my Dodge Van. In and out quickly, free coffee and WiFi in waiting room and spotless rest room. Does not get any better. A-plus. Highly recommend them.

Jiffy Lube at Benton Rd French Valley CA. My first time to have my truck serviced and I am glad to have it done on this car care center. No regrets because Adrian and his colleagues were so professional and courteous. They did their jobs well and quick. Everything was explained to me and I am satisfied. Happy customer here so I rate this car care center a 10/10. Highly recommended place if you wish your cars will be in good hands. Keep up the good work - Adrian & teammates!

I took my vehicle on Monday for an oil change, it was my first time at this location as it was recommended to me by a family member. As soon as I stepped in, my son's and I where greeted by Adrian and another associate ( sorry I didn't get his name). The waiting area was so clean and I was offered coffee while I waited for my car. The technician was so helpful and explained everything to me which was great!! Topped off my fluids, checked my tire pressure and cleaned all my windows as well as showed me my cabin filter that didn't need replacement according to them. If it annoys some of you for their thoroughness and transparency service then maybe this is not the place for you (damned if you do, damned if you don't) Thank you guys (and lady) for your amazing service.

Love this place, just pull right up and they take care of you, don't even need to park. The team is friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. The way they show you the results of their inspection makes it easy to understand what the team is telling you. Chris and Nathan were very helpful and performed high quality services in much less time than I anticipated.

The manager at this location, Mike, is one of a kind! He has gone above and beyond to help with multiple vehicles and even made sure that some repairs were covered after not being able to service an import I brought in because he wanted to make sure the vehicle was safe. He and his staff there have always been quick and professional for any of the offered services. Please support the local store because the people who work there are worth it!
