Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Service is quick and outstanding. Most of all they are honest. I take my wife’s car and my truck here. Highly recommend.

My first time visiting Jiffy Lube and I must say I was very impressed. I usually take my car to the dealership for service, but with a Jiffy Lube now open near my house I decided to check it out for convenience and also to save money cause the dealership costs can be pricey. Not only did they service my car quick but also efficient. It seemed like as soon as I started waiting they were done. They did great work for a very convenient price. And they offer a great selection of services. Now I have a new go to place where I know good work will be done all for a great price. Two thumbs way up! 👍🏻👍🏻

Jiffy Lube on 24 in Anderson was great. Quick, efficient, honest. My left turn blinker in the front was dying. Even though it appeared to be tricky to get to, they were able to figure it out without having to charge me for "labor", just the cost of the bulb. I walked to the Burger King to get lunch and the car was done before I got back!

Love having Jiffy Lube nearby to help with my car maintenance and to repair my more-than-usual.. flat tires. Employees are fast, reliable, and friendly, and I highly recommend Jiffy Lube.

The team got my car in and out very quickly. As a woman, it’s hard to find places that don’t take advantage of you when it comes to working on vehicles. I spoke with the entire team that day, they were all extremely professional, kind, and willing to have my vehicle done in a timely manner. I will be visiting this location in the future, and truly appreciate being treated with such respect! I have already recommended them to multiple family and friends.

5 Stars – Fast, Honest, and Professional Service I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. The team was efficient, professional, and respectful of my time. They got me in and out quickly for a routine oil change, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell me on services I didn’t need—something I really appreciate. They checked my air filter and let me know it was still in good shape, which shows me they’re more focused on honest service than pushing unnecessary work. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the staff kept me updated the entire time. If you’re looking for a reliable place that values both your car and your time, I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location. I’ll definitely be back for future maintenance.

Received an oil and filter change on my wife’s 2016 Ford Fusion. They did a wonderful job also was finished quickly. I had my granddaughters 1998 Buick also done there about a year ago. Same quickness and great job. Checked all filters and fluids very friendly workers.

This was definitely the best experience I’ve had in a long time and the first time I felt like I wasn’t getting taken advantage of. Starting from when I first pulled up, I was greeted by the manager and all of the crew. Every single person was so nice and welcoming, very professional, and I felt like they really cared about me and wanted to make sure my vehicle was taken care of. I’m someone who doesn’t know anything about cars and I know that some places have taken advantage of that but I did not feel that from this place. I’m glad I stopped here and I’ll be coming here from now on!!! It’s a good feeling when you can trust the people who are providing services for you. I’m a pretty good judge of character and I can tell those are some good people!! It was truly an amazing experience!!! That’s the definition of excellent customer service!!! I would highly recommend anyone to go here and I’m not just saying that. I didn’t get anything for writing this, I really want to let everyone know how great of a place this is and how good the people are and how good I felt when I left. I really felt like they were there to help me and not swindle me out of money like a lot of places do. It was just the most friendly staff I’ve seen in a long time. And I pay attention to things like that. If you’re looking for a place for your vehicle’s needs please check them out. You won’t be disappointed.

I stopped in for an oil change. Sign outside advertises 50% off oil changes. That was not the case, because my car takes full synthetic oil. However the guy working there said he could do a 25% discount. I Never received that discount. Other than that, it was fast and convenient. Never left the inside of my car. The employees where nice

Arrived and was met outside the shop. I told the tech what I wanted and he directed me into the shop. I asked them to change my air filters also and the entire oil change process took about 15-20 minutes. All 3 employees that serviced my Jeep were courteous and friendly. Great experience
