This is the place to take your car for service. Excellent set-up, very clean, very welcoming. the kindest young gentleman Alex went above and beyond to ensure service was comfortable, quick but with quality work. I pray this Jiffy Lube will acknowledge him as an excellent employee for his kind gentle heart. I pray they give him a tremendous raise for the New Year and Christmas bonus for his fine representation of employee excellence! This is an EXTREMELY rare quality in this day and age, in which customer service is treated as an annoyance rather than the customer bringing business to their jobs. There are times you as the customer are made to feel "apologetic" for showing up. I can tell this young man comes from a great family and well raised by a great mother. His manners and courteousness does not come a placed of force, it is natural and he enjoys the quality of work he does. A+ and well done. Bring your cars here, there is nothing more to say. Came in to check on a possible leak. I was helped out by John who not only told me I had a leak but told me what it was called & where to locate it so I can take it in to a mechanic. He was very helpful, professional & knowledgeable when I had questions about it. Thank you for a great experience!

The visit was quick... 10-15 min. I didn't have to get out the car, while the oil was being changed, which was convenient also. The workers were all very nice and informative 💯... Fernando helped me use the website to get a better discount.

Came here to get my oil changed. Noticed a knocking sound when idling afterwards so I took it back. They left a whole oil filter wrech attached to my oil filter. It loosened it enough for me to start leaking some oil. Two stars for the guy who took out the tool and topped us off on oil but had that not been found it could have serverly damaged my car

Been to this Jiffy Lube twice in Victorville Ca. Tires were never checked for proper pressure. Windows were not cleaned. Carpet was not vacuumed. For the cost of the service, you would think you would get the so-called Signature service. Also, they did not have the oil that I use, so I had to settle for a different lower grade oil.

I wen’t in for a oil change (drove) home , about 300 miles later I noticed smoke coming out car and weird noise, I checked the next morning engine cold in flat surface , car has no oil . I took it after calling and filing a complaint tech said it was not topped off , it was missing oil . So they “topped” it off again (no charge for second top off) car is sitting on drive way bc it’s still not back to how it was before taking it in . Also she put on notes that there was previous oil leaks and stuff things that wasn’t true I have it on record that she said it was not . Thanks to them car still sitting on driveway … ( also oil looked not new for some reason)

The new manager was attentive, and really seemed to want to satisfy his customers I got an oil change, I wanted my tires rotated. Unfortunately that day they didn't have a impact gun to remove and reinstall tires. I'd visit this location again.

When to do a oil check i know my vehicle need oil so I went to the service so they can fill the engine oil and the guy set the level of all the fluids are good and dosen't I've took him 2 minutes to check. So at the end I finish up buying engine oil and doing it my self. And they still charge for the service.
