I went to this store in October to change the oil, and I heard that the efficiency was very good, so I went. I quickly changed the oil, even though I didn't watch him change it. But I found that the mileage in my car has not decreased, and as before, there is no record of my oil change on the Carfax software. Moreover, I have invited this store to help update twice but have not received a response. Where did I go for car service before, Carfax had records, I don't know why this well-known chain store did this? Many customers say they are deceiving people, but I still don't believe it. Now I firmly believe it, it's too crazy .

These guys know me and my car. They give me the recommendations that fit my values (in my case, maintenance). They even gave me a discount when I forgot to bring my post card because they knew that I always brought one with me. I appreciate the benefit of the doubt.
