Got a flat tire while I was driving home. They made the process very easy and since I was driving home from work (still had 4 hours left) they also got me in real quick and explained my different options. Had to get 3 tires from Omaha and they still got 3 new tires put on my truck in just over an hour! Had me on the road real quick. Excellent service

My daughter has car trouble on a trip and found Jensen. They fixed her car and were very fair. We are not from Council Bluffs, didn't know what to do, but so happy to have discovered them. Fixed it quickly and got her on the road, so much appreciation.

The experience was great. Great service, on time, and very professional. I was told one price on the phone but it was $30.00 more two days later. I realize people make mistakes, but I think they should've honored the first price given.

The staff is always very friendly! Garrett was super helpful on the phone helping me look at tire options and choose a tire that best suited my vehicle and needs. Chad was nice and helpful when discussing whether an alignment was needed/wanted. Josh was as friendly as usual when closing out my ticket. They've always been very honest with me and always try to find the best deal for me for whatever service I need. Jensen Tire & Auto - CB is always my preferred place for anything tire related.
