Both the phone call and in person customer service was top notch! 5 🌟 Setting the scene: One of my tire pressure sensors (tps) is not working properly, and my tires were on the lower side for winter. 🛞🚘 I called the closest tire place (Jensen) to ask if they did free air checks, and they do! They told me to pull up to door one, and someone will be with you shortly... That is exactly what happened. The gentleman was very respectful, came out right away, and helped take care of my low tire pressure and got me a spare cap for the one I had missing. Will recommend and be back in the future. 🙏🏻

Had a flat tire that I dropped off to be repaired. It was not repairable. They made an excellent recommendation for a replacement and had me back on the road in a short period of time. This was my second experience with Jensen Tire, two different locations, I would not ever consider another tire shop Jensen is the best reliable and reasonable.

I walked into Jensen Tire & Auto this morning to get a new set of four tires for my vehicle & I couldn’t be happier with the service. Rob walked me through the tires they had & which ones they would recommend for me & I found some that I liked! To tell you how fast the service was, my wait time was shorter than if I were to get an oil change at some other place. Quick service, everyone is so friendly, & they do amazing work. Super happy with the tires! Rob has helped me with my car in previous years & there’s a reason why I keep coming back. Can’t say enough good things about the service that he provides! I’ll always be a happy customer & I’ll always be back!

Cameron Cote and his team at 157th & Dodge are absolutely fantastic. He has assisted me and my family on many occasions. His honesty is incredibly refreshing. Today, his team performed work on my truck for $3500 less than what a local dealer quoted. I’ll go back again and again.

Came in with a serious issue that kept coming up in my car, Cam and the team at Jensen took care of me making sure the issue was completed to its fullest. Responsibly priced, took my car to someone else and was quoted 2 thousand more than Jensen. Very customer focused and great guys at the shop! Would recommend for your future auto needs.

Cam and the Jensen Tire team are wonderful. I was in a time crunch and needed brake work. The team didn’t want me on the road in an unsafe car so they stayed after close to put new brakes on my vehicle. What an amazing group of guys. Thank you all for being so kind and considerate!!! Outstanding all around. Before moving to Omaha, one of my best friends handled our oil changes/repairs, and I never expected to find someone in Omaha we could trust. But going to Jensen is like going to my friends place. They're honest, trustworthy, and super friendly. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Jensen Tire near 156 & Dodge is the best! I had a flat tire today with nail on it, they fixed it right away, they didn't charge me anything because I bought my tires from them. I live not too far from this location and they helped me a lot. There was one winter the temperature was very low below zero, one of the employees came over to our house and started it for me at no charge. I can't recommend this place highly enough.
