Jenkins Mobile Auto & Brake Introduce

Jenkins Mobile Auto & Brake, operating in the Atlanta, GA 30360, USA area, presents itself as a mobile auto repair service, specializing in brake work. In the "Auto Repair Stations" category, mobile mechanics offer the convenience of bringing repair services directly to the customer's location, eliminating the need to visit a traditional shop. However, an objective introduction to this particular service must heavily incorporate the direct and highly critical customer feedback provided, as it paints a concerning picture of their operations.

Environment: The Customer's Location, with Caution

As a mobile auto repair service, Jenkins Mobile Auto & Brake does not maintain a traditional physical shop or customer-facing facility. Instead, their "environment" is the customer's chosen location – typically a home driveway, workplace, or roadside. This model is inherently designed for maximum convenience, allowing vehicle owners to have repairs performed without interrupting their daily routines or arranging for vehicle transport. The promise of a mobile service is to provide on-site diagnostics and repairs, bringing the necessary tools and expertise directly to the vehicle in need. However, the severe negative reviews fundamentally challenge the reliability and trustworthiness of the service provided within this convenient framework, suggesting that the convenience offered may come with significant risks.

Services and Goods for Sale: Specialization in Brakes

Based on its name, "Jenkins Mobile Auto & Brake," the primary service offered by this entity is mobile auto repair with a specific focus on brake systems. This would typically include services such as:

  • Brake Caliper Repair/Replacement: Addressing issues with brake calipers, which are crucial for applying pressure to the brake pads.
  • Brake Pad and Rotor Replacement: Common wear items that require periodic servicing for safe braking.
  • Brake System Diagnostics: Identifying issues related to brake fluid leaks, ABS malfunctions, or other braking problems.
  • General Mobile Auto Repair: While brakes are highlighted, a mobile auto service would generally handle other common, non-complex repairs and maintenance tasks that can be performed without specialized shop equipment (e.g., battery replacement, starter replacement, minor electrical issues).

For these services, Jenkins Mobile Auto & Brake would presumably require payment for parts, which would then be sourced and used in the repair. The customer reviews, however, indicate severe issues with the delivery of these services and the associated parts, alleging that money was taken for parts that were never provided, and services were not rendered.

Features: Convenience vs. Allegations of Dishonesty

The theoretical features of a mobile auto repair service like Jenkins Mobile Auto & Brake include:

  • Convenience: The most significant feature, offering on-site service at the customer's preferred location.
  • Time-Saving: Eliminating travel to a shop and waiting times.
  • Personalized Service: Often a more direct interaction with the mechanic compared to a large service center.

However, the actual features, as vehemently described by multiple customers, paint a very different and highly concerning picture:

  • Allegations of Fraud and Theft: Both reviews explicitly accuse Stephen Jenkins and his brother of being "crooked dishonest con men" and "thieves, snake, and con man." Specific allegations include taking "money for the parts" upfront and then "never return," shutting off "cell phone numbers," and never answering calls.
  • Failure to Deliver Services: Customers state that after payment, the agreed-upon service (e.g., brake caliper repair) was "never showed" or completed.
  • Lack of Communication: The inability to contact the service provider after payment is a recurring and severe issue, leaving customers without resolution.
  • Mediocre Service (Alleged): One review suggests a pattern of "mediocre service to a friend to gain one person's trust and proceed to con those in their network," implying a deceptive operational strategy.
  • Call for Legal Action: One customer explicitly states a desire to "press charges," indicating the gravity of the alleged misconduct.

These direct accounts from real customers fundamentally contradict the typical positive attributes associated with mobile repair services and instead highlight severe issues of alleged fraud, unreliability, and a complete lack of accountability. The lack of operational phone numbers provided (as the reviews state they were shut off) further compounds the difficulty for affected customers to seek redress.

Promotional Information (and Critical Warnings)

Given the severe negative reviews, any objective introduction to Jenkins Mobile Auto & Brake cannot present promotional information in a traditional positive light. Instead, the "promotional information" for local users must serve as a critical warning, based entirely on the available public feedback.

The implicit value proposition of a mobile auto service is convenience and reliability. However, for Jenkins Mobile Auto & Brake, the explicit customer feedback warns against these very aspects:

  • Consumer Alert: Potential customers in the Atlanta, GA area should be made aware of the serious allegations of fraud and non-delivery of services against "Stephen Jenkins and his brother" associated with "Jenkins Mobile Auto & Brake."
  • Risk of Prepayment: The consistent theme of money being taken upfront for parts and then services not being rendered is a critical warning to avoid any upfront payments.
  • Lack of Accountability: The inability to contact the service provider after money has been exchanged, as reported by customers, indicates a profound lack of customer support or dispute resolution channels.
  • Recommendation to "Stay Far Away": The strong language used by customers, such as "Stay far away from him" and "Refuse any load coming here" (though the latter seems more related to a different business based on the search results, the sentiment of refusal is applicable), serves as the most potent "promotional" advice based on current information.

In summary, while the concept of a mobile auto and brake service offers inherent convenience, the detailed customer reviews for Jenkins Mobile Auto & Brake in Atlanta, GA, present severe allegations of fraudulent practices, non-delivery of services after payment, and a complete lack of communication or accountability. This information is critical for any local user considering their services.

Jenkins Mobile Auto & Brake Customer Reviews

Stephen Jenkins and his brother are crooked dishonest con men. I paid Stephen $100 to repair a brake caliper up front. I only did so because he came reccomendation from a trusted friend. After providing Stephen with the money we agreed upon a time and Stephen never showed. He then shut his cell phone numbers off and never returned my calls. He is a fraud and will provide mediocre service to a friend to gain one person's trust and proceed to con those in their network. Stay far away from him .
