Friendly, informative, and great at communicating! Jeff was super friendly and walked through all the steps he would take before executing them. He showed me the part, put it in, and made sure everything worked before I left. He’s also willing to work around your schedule and is very prompt in getting the work done! Very honest and very fair pricing!! Definitely will be taking my car back if anything else happens!

Jeff was able to take my car in on short notice and did a diagnostic for free. He was very honest about what was wrong with my car & what my options were, and also topped off my oil for me which he didn’t have to do! Would 100% recommend him.

I flew from SF to LA to buy a car from a used car dealer. The dealer was sketchy from first, so I made sure to request a pre-purchase inspection which I was gonna pay for and looking at the recommendations i chose Jeff and he did not fail to surprise me. He drove to the dealer and inspected the car. Within the first 10 minutes, he found two errors that were suppressed, which would have proved to be a big issue down the road. He saved me from a car that could probably have needed a couple of thousand in repairs. He was also very kind, humble and communicative. Best money spent.
