DANIEL from Jasper’s auto Service in Artesia is an amazing mechanic, seriously!! I had an issue with my tire pressure in my car where no matter what, other mechanics could not get it turned off. I bought new tires and they put in new sensors and could not turn off that tire pressure notice. DANIEL took his time and fixed the issue! I was also having an issue with the nozzle when I was putting gas in my car, the nozzle kept clicking and shutting off the gas. DANIEL checked it out, and after several questions he had for me, he figured out that I was not putting in the nozzle properly, instead of inserting, the nozzle straightforward, I was supposed to put the nozzle straightforward and pull it down. Sure enough, it was user error (Me)! Lastly, the Ford dealership in Cerritos auto Square was going to charge me 3 times the amount that Daniel charged me. Thank you so much Daniel and team for your excellent service!!

Awesome service!!! Daniel is the best!!! My car had some not so great work done previously and my gas was just pouring out! They diagnosed it super quickly and had it repaired just as quick!! Full service, also got a much needed oil change and with everything they did it was very reasonable!! They even picked me up when my car was done!! Great job guys...oh they even washed my car for me!!!! Like I said they're the best!!!! Go here, in business over 40 years you can tell they do top notch jobs!!! Thank YOU!!!

Just had an oil change and I will say absolutely amazing service. I came in and even though there was a miscommunication on appointment time they were still able to squeeze me in and take care of me. I will definitely be returning here.

I decided to get an oil change at this place, and I was very impressed with the facility, the labor, and the staff. Both the working and waiting areas were spotless. They took excellent care of my vehicle and provided fast, high-quality service. The staff was incredibly helpful, explaining their process clearly and ensuring I was comfortable while waiting. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return. It's rare nowadays to find a mechanic who doesn't take advantage of their expertise.

Honest mechanics. I had one of those 50 point inspections at the dealership. They were recommending over $2000 of service. Daniel showed me how several things were just added automatically by vehicle mileage but weren't actually needed based on service history. One item was a couple hundred dollars to replace a filter that the vehicle doesn't even have. I had Jaspers do ALL of the items that were actually needed and it was only about $600. I'm not going back to the dealer again.
