Good communication and quick service. The engine is in transit, but the pictures look clean and I don’t expect any troubles. UPDATE: This "fully inspected and insurance quality engine" barely made it 500 miles. Now we get to see what's going on in the back of this Indian grocery store. Seriously, I can't believe I fell for it. Does anyone truly believe Nate, or David, or Kenneth, or Mark, or Robert, or anyone at all really work here? My engine was shipped out of California. Cheers to Estes, as the shipping was the only thing they've gotten right since they took my money.

Jask Auto was so understanding and accommodating and so easy to work with. Their response time and friendly representatives made what could be such a stressful situation very smooth. Spoke to Kenneth and he provided great customer service and handled my concerns with care. Will recommend and advise my friends and family to use them

Emily was honest and very thorough with details. When we had a small glitch she got on top of it and fixed the problem. She always checked on me to make sure that everything was going the correct way. Emily has been a big help and I appreciate her. I recommend this company and speaking with Emily.

I wish I could give a better rating but this was my experience with Jask... I ordered an engine for my car and financed it through a third party, and at first Jask told me that I would have that engine delivered in 2 weeks, and that they would be providing a tracking number for such engine, well 2 weeks passed and they said that it hadn't been shipped because the warehouse was still getting it prepared... So we waited, another 2 weeks went by and again the same run around except this time they sent me a tracking number that was not for me or going anywhere near my destination, at this point I was calling everyday and everyday they kept just brushing me off and it got to a point where at last they finally shipped the product out after 7 weeks and I was no longer at that address, now the engine was docked near a city I was and asked if I could go pick it up, they said no that it had to be delivered to the address on file, come to find out the financing company said I should have been able to pick it up because it was my engine...now I havent never recieved the engine never signed for it and for some reason the finance company saids they have it marked at delivered. So here I am still going back and forth with Jask and I now DO NOT WANT ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM I do not believe them anymore. The last person I spoked to called him self Randal, the worst thing he said was that "Well sir you still neef the part don't you?" As it making it seem they mess with people knowing they need the part because they think we wont sent it back, but me yes I am in a tight spot and do need it, but at this point I do not believe them anymore, they lied about when they were suppose to deliver, they lied about the tracking number, they lied about me not being able to pick it up at the dock in MN. Who is to say they aren't lying now saying "we replaced the timing chains timing guides and timing tensioner before we ship our engines." This is my personal experience with Jask Auto, I wish everyone the best and hope you have a better experience and take in consideration all the reviews...

This company was horrible. I ordered a transmission on April 4 paid for the transmission I was told I would have it by the following Monday.the latest I went on vacation trusting that the transmission will make it to my Mechanic and never did . I spoke to 15 different people and nobody could tell me what happened. I could barely understand their English, and they would never respond to me in writingThey started telling me they were looking for another transmission and didn't even ask me just told me what they were gonna do. I never got the transmission. I got the runaround for three weeks. They refused to refund my money
