I took my car in to have the brakes and rotors replaced, but since then, the brakes have intermittently made a squeaking noise. I've visited this shop several times for the same issue, and this was the final straw. I called the shop, and the owner, Tony, asked me to bring the car back so he could check it out. He drove my car to see if he could hear the noise, and as he pulled up, I clearly heard the squeaking sound. Tony, however, blatantly lied, claiming he couldn't hear anything. I pointed out that the noise was happening right then, but he insisted, "I don't hear anything." This has been going on for over two months since the brake and rotor replacement. I'm extremely disappointed that the OWNER would lie to my face and refuse to fix the problem he caused.

I had my brakes and rotors serviced at this auto shop. The mechanic initially quoted me $380 for the job, which seemed reasonable. However, an hour later, he called me to say that the final cost would be $80 more than the original quote. I reminded him that we had agreed on the initial price before I had dropped off my car. Despite this, I ended up not paying for the increased amount. Unfortunately, three months later, my steering wheel started shaking violently whenever I applied the brakes.

All of my family comes here. We’ve been getting work done for over 5 years here. This place is fair and does great work. Tony is honest and I always leave satisfied. 5 stars all around!!

Jaden auto is the best. Very professional and gives the best work. Tony, the owner, is honest and fair. They have done work on two of our vehicles and fixed our cars where Pep boys and Firestone in Riverside didn't. I would highly recommend them for your automotive repairs.
