I stopped by about two weeks ago for a quote. I spent about 15 minutes while he (it was either Harry or Larry, I forget) took a look at the damage. He said he'll contact me with the estimate. I still have not received a call. I've been trying to call them but the number just rings and their VM is full. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere.

DO NOT USE JACK’S IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK. They had the Cadillac for 4 days for a rear bumper repair. I was not concerned considering painting a new bumper and getting all the fine touches done can take time. Note: this car only has 50k miles on it, garage kept. Not a single blemish. Came in because someone tapped the rear bumper in a parking lot. Got the car back and now it has an exhaust leak and the rear bumper looks like a it was drove through briars and then let a 5yr old paint it with a brush. They have overspray everywhere. Car almost looks just as bad as when they got it. They deny touching the exhaust, even though it’s evident they have. It had no exhaust leaks when it was dropped off. Very unprofessional on the phone, very rude. They have no intentions on fixing their sub-par work completed. These guys like taking advantage of people. Don’t fall for it. Would give 0 stars if possible.

TOOK MY 07 SILVERADO TO JACKS AUTO BODY STRUTHERS OHIO. WENT IN FOR AN ESTIMATE FOR A REPAIR ON FEB. 29,2024. TODAY IS JULY 24TH. STILL THE WORK ISNT DONE. JUST KEEPS PUTTING ME OFF FOR MONTHS. FIRST HE CANT FIND THE DOORS. THEN HE SAID HE HAD TO BUY A NEW DOOR. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT 3 MONDAYS IN A ROW. HARRY SAID I CANT DO IT THIS WEEK I HAVE TO MANY CARS TO WORK ON. JUST KEEPS PUTTING ME OFF FOR MONTHS. I AM GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE TODAY. I SHOULD OF WENT WITH MY GUT AND NEVER AGREEDED TO HAVE HIM REPAIR MY TRUCK. REASON IS: WHEN I WAS SITTING IN HIS OFFICE A VERY ANGRY MAN CAME IN SAYING "I NEED MY CAR BACK. YOU HAVE BEEN TELLING ME FOR A LONG TIME IT WOULD BE DONE." HARRY DOESNT ANSWER CALLS/MESSAGES. THEN SAYS HE CALLED ME LEAVING ME MESSAGE HE DID NOT. HE IS NOT A PERSON OF HIS WORD. BEWARE! HE WILL NEVER FIX YOUR CAR.

This guy Harry that owns this place is rude and his communication skills are none. I do not recommend going here. In March he said he would do body work on my truck. He said he had to order the part. So said part was always its on order.Than he told my insurance guy part was there in June. Said he would schedule me in a week . No phone call came to schedule. Now at end of July. 5 months later. Still rude and quick to get off phone and not fixing my truck. I am done and going to a different auto place. Harry you are rude and ignorant for stringing me along with no intention to work on my truck. Do not use this company .

Great work and they dealt with the insurance company so that was another relief off my shoulders. The employees are great and courteous as well.
