I ordered the dynavin 8 pro because it was an oem style head unit with wireless andriod auto (aa) for my 2012 Mustang. Since I've had it, I have had nothing but problems from the wireless aa never working to the wired aa barely working most of the time I have to choose between aa or using my Bluetooth to make phone calls, the back up camera will sometimes flicker between aa and a black screen the only reason I didn't return this headache is because the customer rep assured me there engineers were working on a fix for it only I realize they were really fixing it for the d9 not the d8 pro. When I reached back out to customer service they offered to try to repair the d8 but not fix the wireless aa or I could by the d9 with a small discount, neither of these options will work for me because this is my daily driver and it controls my hvac and I don't see why I would invest more money in this company when they falsely advertised wireless aa for the dynavin 8 pro. Edit: They replaced my head unit with the d9 this company cares about their customers.

I recently had a minor problem with my radio and sent the support team a message. After a couple of questions Jeff (the owner) responded to me and gave me incredibly clear and precise instructions on how to fix it. After a bit more troubleshooting he got it sorted for me. Not only did he get it fixed for me with some clear instructions he responded to me on a Saturday late at night. That is customer service. I will 100% buy Dynavin products again with confidence knowing the overall quality of the product as well as the support behind it!

So far, I have purchased 2 Navigation & back up camera systems from Jeff. One for for a 2003 Range Rover I gave my son, and the other was for a 2003 Audi A4 that I gave to my daughter. Both were Dynavin systems. Not only are the products excellent, but Jeff personally gave me telephone support to install them up here in Canada. I will always go to Jeff Bechtel and J&T from now on for any of the stuff he carries. 5 stars for amazing customer service and great products!

If I could give these guys, or at least Jeff, 6 stars, I would. I bought a BMW with a Dynavin N6 unit in it, which had display problems. I determined applying pressure to a certain spot induced the problem. I sought help from J&T, and rather than simply telling me to send it back and charge me, which was an option, Jeff helped me troubleshoot it, and I was able to fix it myself. What's more, he was assisting me with messages on a Saturday and Sunday, though I had no right to expect it. Who does that? And on-shore to boot! Simply awesome!

These guys are great!! I purchased a new touch-screen unit for my 2004 330ci and it was a BIG job to install with GPS and Backup camera. They were there for me the entire time. I would email a photo with a question and they always came back with an answer in less than a day.
