Frank was awesome. Checked out truck we were thinking of buying same day. Would highly recommend his shop! Even though his shop was clearly busy he took time with each customer demonstrating excellent customer service.

It seems that communication isn't big with Frank and his technicians. The one technician gave different quotes and didn't believe we spoke to Frank. The technician took the parts off and then wanted to keep the part, but charge us an outrageous amount. Informed the technician where the parts where in the back seat. Caught him rummaging through the trunk of the car with lies thinking there was another part. Then wanted to charge $300 for the part when found online for $75 and still wanted to charge the $300 as labor. That is ridiculous. Won't be doing business here.

this place has a new owner name jay I took a couple of my vehicle's there they do great work . I highly recommend this shop . I will be sending my cars there and reffering more customer to JR Auto Service. thank you for the great work and great customer service
