Full break replacement and it went wonderful! They had the issue diagnosed and fixed in under 24 hours. They also threw in an oil change, and buffed out a scratch I had on my front bumper. They communicated with me throughout the entire process, explaining things in a way that a car repair novice understood. Absolutely wonderful and highly recommend.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had with an auto shop. The staff was very honest in explaining what my car needed, and provided an estimate up front. The work was done very quick, and when it took 1 day longer than they estimated (which they were immediately upfront about, a part took longer than expected to come in), they noticed my windshield wipers were old and replaced them at no cost! I will be bringing my car as well as my partner's car here for all future car needs, and highly recommend J&R Auto. You will not find an auto repair shop as friendly and honest as these guys are.

Going to the mechanic can be intimidating for those of us not very knowledgeable about cars, but ever since I’ve discovered this place I’ve felt much more comfortable taking my car in for any issue or maintenance it may need. The staff is super nice and thorough with their work. Any questions or concerns you may have they have no issue with explaining the problem and the severity of it. The price is super reasonable for the amazing quality of work and quality of the parts they use, turn around time for my vehicle has always been relatively quick as well. I have found the mechanic shop I will go to for the many years to come.

I can’t recommend J & R enough! They take the time to explain everything clearly and go over your options. I needed a diagnostic and the pricing was upfront and very reasonable. They were efficient with their time, which I really appreciated, and they genuinely care about finding the best solution for you. If I lived in the area, this would be my go-to shop!

I was considering buying a car from a nearby dealer, and came to J & R for a pre-purchase inspection. Jose was very professional and knowledgeable. The inspection took 3-4 hours and I’m glad he was so thorough. He went over his findings with me on the phone and in person, and provided a detailed report file with photos. I didn’t end up getting the car but still had a great experience with J & R!
