John was so nice and really listened. He explained what was needed and worked with me to get it done very quickly. Ended up being half the price the dealer wanted. I highly recommend.

John was a pleasure to speak with, had an issue on my way to work at 5am dropped the car off in the lot and left a voicemail, got a call back at 730 before they opened to go over what needed to be done, they started working at 8am and finished quickly. Extremely satisfied with this service shop, I had not been here since 2008 but the level of service and communication was consistent from what I had in the past if not even better now! All family vehicles will be coming to J&K moving forward Thanks John 🇺🇲

I have been going to John and the crew at J&K for over 12 years now. We moved out of state about 2 years ago and revolve visits back to the island around bringing the vehicles in for scheduled maintenance intervals. He treats every vehicle like it is his own. There are never any surprises. What he tells you is what you are getting. He has been the only trust worthy mechanic shop I have ever dealt with and it’s a huge sigh of relief when I know I’m in need of repairs that I won’t be held over the fire.
