Terrible serice, turnaround was 3 days but took 3 weeks to get my transmission replaced, was hit with unexpected fees I was not told about in the beginning, owners son tried putting his hands on me because of the disagreement

I don’t recommend this repair service i took my truck and they said that they would be finished with the transmission in 3 days and it took 3 weeks and the truck still doesn’t work well they said that it would cost 3,200 and it ended up being 3,500 way more than they said please don’t go here it was the worst experience

I trusted I would get at least decent quality work for the amount of money taken out of my pocket. If you’re a mechanic and you use this place be careful. I paid the fees due before I even looked at the part. That’s my fault but for the guy to try making me feel bad for pointing on the wrong bell-housing cover and loose bolts? I learned my lesson.

They gave us a 3 day as the timeframe to complete my vehicle. They didn't contact us we had to contact them to get an update. Kept getting told hopefully tomorrow hopefully tomorrow, came up with several different stories one each time delayed such as oh it's this part I didn't change so it blew the transmission I put so now I have to change the part then put another transmission in. Car took them almost 3 WEEKS not DAYS I'm hoping they actually did the transmission the right way. Not recommend and if I could leave 0 stars I would. WARNING ⚠️ if you put a honest review of what went on and it isn't something they like they will call several times and harass about the post.

Jesus and his technicians definitely know their way around transmissions. They rebuilt the transmission on my 1986 Toyota Sunland Express RV. Which is not an easy task, because it is hard to find parts for. I only gave 4 stars because it took so long, but to their credit it took awhile to find the part. Also, you do need to call them to stay up to date on progress.
