Jora is great! He does ALL of the work on my '08 Rav 4. He's quick and efficient and will help in any way he can. I know never to worry about being overcharged for anything. He looks into things to make sure my car is safe to drive even without ask me and doesn't charge me for a bunch of things I didn't ask for. He always lets me know how I can get things done either at his shop or elsewhere, and educates me on how to get work done on my car in the most affordable way.

J and A has serviced my parents cars and the Cabrini vehicles ( the townhouse area that I live in). He is super honest and reasonable. Giving alternatives of what one can do should it be too expensive. I'm surprised that he's not as busy, but he's like the neighborhood honest mechanic that has taken care of my parents and now me and my family's vehicles.

I have taken my car here many times and I'm always satisfied with the parts and service. I can always work it into my schedule and the owner of the shop is very friendly and flexible and honest.I wish there were more like this .
