WARNING!!!! Do not use this place. The woman who claims to be the owner is beyond rude to the point her own husband says “at least you don’t have to live with or be married to her”. They don’t do quality work or honor their quotes. Got charged for services they did not do and when I brought this up I was told “sue me”. They were supposed to have my vehicle done by Father’s Day 2021 and I just picked it up today (November 8, 2021) still not complete. It’s a show car and the paint was supposed to be showroom quality (that is what was promised) it is far from it. There is bubbles in the paint, poor consistency, and panels not lined up correctly. Over all very poor work. So if you value your time, money and vehicle do not use this place.

They kept the price that we were quoted. However, they oversprayed a lot of the trim . Stood on the seats and got paint on the upholstery and door panels. Scratched the hood and tried to buff it out only making it worse. Definitely not quality work, took over a month.

Doug is a good man who does his best to make sure his customers leave happy. There are times when circumstances beyond his control lead to unhappy customers who leave bad reviews. This is unfortunate because in almost every case Doug has been willing and able to compromise with them to try and have everyone part ways at least satisfied they got the best possible outcome. Don't let a negative review scare you away. I promise you will get better treatment (and generally results) here than any other similar sized shop in town. Not to mention the prices are hard to best.

We took in a 85 dodge w150 they charged us 2500.00 to replace the glass rubber trim and do the bed lining and paint on the truck which we had no problem with the price. After a few weeks checked on the vehicle they had painted it and did not replace the glass or rubber trim so they had to pull the glass out and not paint under the trim they had rough edges on the top of the door frames they kept buffing and never fully fixed they put a door ding in the brand new fender then tried to cover it up and play dumb when asked about it and it took us multiple times going back asking them to correct mistakes in about a months time definitely not pleased terrible service will never take a vehicle there again or refer the business.

Great service at a great price. The owner Doug is a very reasonable person who puts customers first. Most local shops quoted me 800-1500 just to strip, prep, and paint a hood and roof. Ivy did it for a fraction of that. Thank you Ivy Paint and Body! 🎨
