This is a Mexican car repair shop. I have been to the oil change and annual inspection several times before. There is something wrong with the car this time and asked them to help me repair it. But because there was no part of my car that day. It won't arrive until the next day. They said they would call me when they arrived. The next day, I waited for their call. I thought it was a very dishonest store. No matter how many days you want me wait. It’s better to explain it to the customer! After two days, no one called me. I had to call them myself. No one answered the phone in their store. I called more than a dozen times. Later, I changed to a private call. but he didn't answer, didn't reply to the text message. I was in a hurry. I told them to pay me back $100 deposit by text message. I won't repair it with you. They just took care of this matter for me and asked me to come on Monday. I told them I come on Thursday. A week has passed, and I came on Thursday. I came with my car, but the parts haven't arrived yet. I have to wait for a few minutes he said. I feel more and more dishonest. I kept asking, and it was officially confirmed in about an hour and a half to get it done for me. I mean I don't have to do it right now. I just need an accurate answer. Just done it before closing today that’s OK! I really feel that the experience is extremely bad. I waited there 4 hours already. I absolutely never come back again. Get to find a best auto repair shop from today. I will say No No No! Lie to me that’s unacceptable. I just recognize my car one got fixed and the other one got broken by them.

WOMEN BEWARE!!! Hamilton will take advantage of woman. My car went in for a couple of fixes and came out with more problems than it went in with. My car is now too dangerous to drive Stay away!!!!

Terrible service, I have never wrote a review but I need to take the time to warn people.. don’t be like me and go hear save yourself the hassle and time.. said 40 mins took two hrs and still messed up a wheel alignment. This is a place just for that so how do u mess it up?! Staff just running around and goofing off when owner leaves
