The owner claimed replacing my breaking disc with new ones which close me $570. I ask him why there is rust on the disc. He said because of raining. Are you kidding me?

Isaac’s mechanics do not even use decent diagnostic tool to verify the accuracy of their diagnostic. They use their experience which is not universally applicable in each case. It is good place to bring the parts to be replaced after getting diagnosed at some specialist of the brand of your vehicle. From my personal experience, I was asked to get the low pressure fuel pump replaced which just made the problem temporarily resolved but the root cause wasn’t addressed which caused another issue after just 10 days . This time high pressure fuel pump was supposed to be replaced. But from my understanding of root cause of the problem was an aftermarket catalytic converter which was forcing the PCM to make the pumps work at elevated levels which caused the breakdown of both fuel pumps.
