Never used their services but a mega fail in a simple customer service. I have never heard anything more snoby and stupd than "we can't give you air for the LEGALITY of it" 🤣 I'm a moto racer, mechanic and business owner for 23 years and have never turned down anyone in my life. I mean I have risked my life helping ppl on the roadside countless times, what legality get ur rear to work and HELP. Google search brought me to this place, I'm with my zx10 on GT michelins. I noticed I had a slow leak down to 6psi and needed some air to get home, that's all. Mind you we're owner operators under STRICT Midas bylaws apart from NHS and CHP lol as a business owner I'll wave the 1 star to a 3 since it's under 4.5 no idea why Google brought me to this place. 20ft away discount tire directed me to their last bay in the back, outside a $150 air guage sitting there waiting to give that 5 star peachy customer service. Family owned, meat and potato. Who turns down anyone for air. Ask globally 99.99% will tell you it's an ethical crime lol excellence isn't a TASK or set of tasks, it's an attitude and lifestyle.

I scheduled an appointment to ensure my oil change could be completed promptly, as I’m traveling long distance and needed it done quickly. Upon arrival, I was told the oil change would take one hour. I planned accordingly and returned after an hour, only to find that they hadn’t even started on my car. They then informed me it would take another hour. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of respect for customers’ time is unacceptable. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a business that doesn’t honor its commitments. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable service.

We took our car here today and Stephanie provided A+ customer service. She was kind and compassionate with every person who called or walked in while I was in the waiting room. Though our car is difficult to repair due to some design flaws, the mechanics replaced our battery quickly. We told Stephanie we were on a tight budget, so she created an estimate for us to come back for an issue that needed to be addressed in the future but didn’t need repair immediately. I believe we were charged fairly and transparently for the work that was done and we’re so relieved to have our car working again. Thanks to the team at Irvine Auto Repair!

I would rate this place 10 stars if i could! Julio and his team are straight up amazing and most of all Honest. I brought my 2016 Camaro in for a possible starter issue and alignment. 90 minutes later, he calls and says the cables had a bit of corrosion on em but no need to replace the starter, and the car drives straight, so there is no need for alignment either. I was dreading this and expected to pay at least in the $500 and up range, and the total bill was $56. This place could have easily taken advantage of me, but instead, they used integrity and honesty, and now they have a customer for life! Thank you so much for being an AAA+ business and doing what was needed.

Went there for a smog check. I was nervous because it would be easy for a dishonest mechanic to fail you and then recommend costly repairs. But I went in, talked to Stephanie (who was SUPER NICE) and left with my smog certificate in 20 minutes. I will come back for my other maintenance needs!
