My car broke died on a Saturday night at 11 PM . I had called a few other tow company’s who either couldn’t do it or wanted to charge me over $300 for a three hour wait!l! Then I called Instinct. They answered phone immediately and got to me in 30 minutes!! So professional, polite and helpful!!

This is the second time I’ve used the company and they are always available and will get to you as quick as possible, Hector the operator who helped me got to me in less than 20 mins and helped me get my keys from my locked car in minutes highly recommend

I needed to get my truck unstuck from a really hard place and he knew exactly what to bring/use, how to maneuver his own truck and got me out swiftly and carefully. No damage to my truck at all. He was prompt, patient and very kind. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

he responded back to me in less than 5 minutes and showed up earlier than the ETA he had given me , no hassle , no problems , amazing service , had the car brought from brentwood to amityville and had it unloaded in less than 45 minutes, will most definitely be using this company for all my future towing needs , outstanding work
