I called to get my car checked out because it stopped running on me. ANDY was an amazing help! He was able to tell me what was wrong with my car immediately! My engine had locked up. Once he told me the problem, he even called the dealership to make sure my car was still under warranty! Set up a tow for me and everything! Amazing service & he really took care of me! I’ll definitely be taking my car back here for the any issues I have & my routine maintenance from now on.

Had my clutch replaced here twice, first time the disc and pressure plate broke. The second time just the pressure plate broke. Both clutches made a horrible rattling noise while it was engaged. I had my clutch replaced at another shop and turns out Insomniac used an aftermarket clutch. I recently got my car back with an OEM clutch and it didn’t cost me as much as it did here. Also, after they put in the 2nd clutch my charge pipe was not tightened and came off and sprayed oil in my engine bay… not a huge problem but still stupid.

They got my husbands F350 in right away, repaired the leaking fuel tank, and it was super fast and for a great price! Will be bringing my truck to them as well when I need. So glad we tried them, definitely beyond happy with their service. Super lovely people to do business with!

Ken & Debbie are two of the most honest people I have met in a long time! This is, hands down, the best shop I have ever been refered to. They fit me in to their busy schedule after listening to my concerns about my car. They treated me and my car with respect at a more than resonable price. I’m definitely going here in the future!

Bring our entire fleet of vehicles here and have referred multiple people and will continue to do so! Ken and his staff are highly trained and experienced and are more than fair, beyond being all around great people. They will have my companies business as well as anyone I know that needs an automotive mechanic’s business for life!
