Innovative towing & Recovery

Unreliable company do not do business with them. Will cause irreparable damage and not take responsibility. No accountability and terrible human beings

Innovative Towing and Recovery posted a vehicle for sale that they had repossessed/towed in. We made arrangements to meet at 12pm and I drove 2 hours to get there. Owner kept pushing the time over and over again, making non stop excuse after excuse. 4:30pm and I’m still waiting. After a 2 hour drive I had to stick it out. I told the owner I would stick around even after 4.5 wasted hours if he worked with me on the price and I was told “you can go home bud”. So I make the 2 hour drive back home only to receive a message at 6pm that he’s there finally. 6 hours late and absolutely no empathy, no remorse for my time, no care at all. In conclusion I took the day off work, drove 4 hours round trip, and waited in the middle of Barstow for 4.5 hours with nothing to show for it. Thank you for the wasted time.

Horrible people. Covering up something horrific and living each day like it’s ok! Justice should be served! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE BUSINESS .

I can't stress enough how thankful I am to this company. Had a flat tire with no spare and five kids in the car and they had no tow trucks available. An off duty employee showed up in his personal vehicle to remove my tire took it to a tire shop and replaced the tire came back and put it back on and got me back on the road in no time. To top it off the charge was ridiculously cheap for being in the middle of the desert on weekend rates. Amazing people and service. So thankful there are still businesses out there looking out for others are not just their pockets.
