Imported Cars of Stamford

This was our second time using Imported Cars of Stamford, and both experiences have been fantastic. My wife first used them for a minor issue and was impressed by their excellent service and communication. When I needed repairs on my car, I reached out to George, who responded immediately. One of the biggest perks was their pickup and drop-off service, which made it incredibly convenient for us in North Stamford. Throughout the process, their communication was outstanding — keeping me updated on the work and timeline. The repairs were done quickly, and their pricing was clear, fair, and transparent. My car was well taken care of, and I felt fully informed every step of the way. Highly recommend, especially for European car owners looking for reliable service and great customer care!

Can you say "Automotive Angels"? I have a couple of gorgeous, vintage cars. They are in pretty darn good shape and low mileage but still...s**t happens. Fuel lines wear out. Warning lights come on and terrify. Things go awry. No matter the problem, these guys find a solution. If they can't fix something, they know someone who can. Repairs don't take forever and the cost to fix is always fair. George, the owner is a terrific guy who bends over backwards to help. Mitch is his Manager and is always accommodating and understanding. Whenever I have an automotive issue for my oldies but goodies I go here and relax, knowing that my babies will be cared for properly. Thanks, guys!

I came to IC to see about getting some much-needed repairs done on my car ahead of a long road trip. While safety was most important, time and cost were also of concern, and George and his staff came through on all three. He showed me exactly what needed to be done, and it was ready when I needed it, for much less than I expected. In the end, I got a dependable car that's safe to drive again. It's clear to see how much George cares about his customers' safety and satisfaction, and the quality of work he and his staff do.

George and his team do a fantastic job. Very on point with their customer service, and knowledge. He came well recommended from a friend, and both times he made my car a priority and was able to offer service fast and last minute. The only reason (for me ) it’s not a total 5/5 is the amount of time it took for labor. I understand that it varies between shops, but when I had a friend who is a mechanic look at invoice he thought it should have been a quicker job given the work. Regardless George is great guy, and always very quick to reply and provide feedback.
