Avoid going to this shop if you can help it. I went there recently to get a simple job done; a side mirror of mine was badly damaged and I needed to get it replaced. I even came in with my own mirror. All they had to do was put it on. The guy who they had put the mirror on was very rough with my car and didn’t seem to have expertise in what he was doing. He damaged my car’s panel. After discovering that this had transpired, I went to one of the shop’s supervisors to get it fixed. He assured me that he would get my car fixed in a timely manner but that never happened. He kept telling me that they were looking for the appropriate piece to fix my car but they couldn’t find one. He promised me that if they couldn’t fix it, they would send the broken piece of my car’s panel to an upholstery shop. Unfortunately, that’s not what happened. Instead of fixing their mistake correctly, they simply glued my car’s panel back together. Very tacky job. Furthermore, they were rude and unprofessional when I went to pick my car up- they barely spoke to me and barely even gave me any eye contact. Needless to say, I won’t be back. Avoid this place if you want to be serviced by people who are fair and highly competent. Now I’m going to have to spend hundreds of dollars fixing something that they broke. Beware of this place!

My go-to shop! I’ve Been a customer for a few years and they have always serviced me in a timely manner and work around my schedule while being a very busy shop. They are reasonably priced and are always honest about what needs to be done and what can wait. They helped me keep my old car on the road and were honest when it was time for me to stop putting money into it. They’ve helped with big and small jobs, brakes, spark plugs, starter, lights, radiator issues, catalytic converter and more. Thanks for always being reliable and trustworthy! Definitely check them out!

I brought my Jeep here to Christian. I had a huge scratch and dents on the bumper and other cosmetic damages. They fixed it all for a great price and looked brand new. Definitely recommend!

There a great group of expert workers. I had my Mercedes repaired, and painted. Everything was perfect. They really work with you. Excellent costumer service. I would recommend anyone to impact auto .
