Lee was great! I explained the issues I was having and not only did he take care of those he and his techs went above and beyond. They lithium greased door hinges, trunk and hood levers and the car wasn’t even there for that. They just genuinely care about you. I’d highly recommend Lee and Impact audio for your service. I’ll definitely go back and see him next time I need car/audio service.

Lee is the real deal, we actually had something in common that made me smile and feel pretty good when we got to talking in the lobby. Lee took me as a walk in on an extremely busy day and had nothing but a positive attitude even though it overloaded his schedule. I just called and spoke to the owner about a simple labor price he was very aggressive off the start when I said I had my own equipment. He said they charged by the hour and I asked how long does it typically take to install 2 speakers, amp, and controller on a jetski. Since he is the “professional” and has done these jobs before. Gives me a smart answer and then changed his tone up when I said he was being way too aggressive as a business owner. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Impressions impact your business I will never give my money to a place like that.

Lee and his team repaired my car audio with outstanding service—the best I’ve had in a long time. They were super friendly and welcoming, quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it on the spot, and provided a long-term solution. Plus, they went out of their way to address and fix another problem with my car that I didn’t even know I had. Highly recommend!
