Been an IMC customer for over 10 years , this last Saturday Jan. 2, 2021 went to pick up an order at Miramar IMC warehouse in San Diego My order was $45 .17 (forty five dls and seventeen cents) all I had was two twentys and two five dollar bills , the person in charge of collecting the money said that there wasn't change and I would have to either get seventeen cents , leave the $50 and receive no change or I couldn't take my parts , It's hard to believe that if IMC is open for business they simply "dont have any change for paying customer's " I had to ask other employees if anyone had change for five dollars so I could pay the seventeen cents to the cashier so I could take my parts (why should I let him have the four dollars and eighty three cents) It's about a one hour round trip to go pick up parts for me and I certainly didn't want to leave without my parts ,although it really seemed that this employee was having a wonderful time making it hard for me to purchase the parts . That same employee has seen me buying parts there for many years , I felt humiliated and wonder how that arrogant employee manages to keep his job there.
