Super nice & quick response time. My car broke down & he came less than 30 minutes & didnt break my bank. Called others before him & they were asking $300& up to tow it 6 miles. Would recommend Ibanez towing over all others 10/10.

Our car needed towing around 6pm on a Sunday afternoon (10/6/2024), and Ernesto helped us, and he was quick & efficient. He was professional, friendly, and in good spirits even though to get to us he had to deal with a traffic jam caused by a crash on Hwy 17, and had to endure a delay of 30+ minutes to travel one exit (from the 280-17 interchange to the Hamilton Avenue exit). This seems to be a towing service you can rely on - one towing service we called that day flaked on us and another wouldn't even help us because the destination for our tow (America's Tires on Bascom and Hamilton, a half mile away) was closed (really?).
