I have put My Ioniq hybrid plugin there to check out everything under manufacture warranty as getting close to 100K miles and hybrid battery and Emmission system was under manufacture warranty still...4 hours there, report said everything okay. I drove it, a week later want to plugin somewhere and plugin cap didn't open! so either they done something or never check the hybrid battery. sett another appointment....they said we have settle @9, I get there 8:30....9:10 they said Shuttle is full gotta wait for another in about 30,40min....really? I get mad and get my car and drive it to work... Hundai can never complete in US market with this customer service and even they warranty everything to 200k Miles... Be Honest and upfront! Employee at service section think they are doing someone a favor, maybe they are right!

Tail light on my car was out. New car. Took it to them for service. Gave me estimate to replace both rear lights. Only one side is not working. I called to question it. Service desk agent said tech will call. No one called back. Called several times. No call back. I guess they don’t need our business.

Never get your car serviced here. They’re trying to scam with extra charges. I came with with an engine warranty case - manufacturing defect in the engine. There was no compression in a cylinder. They asked first to pay for its diagnostics, then for spark plug and ignition coil replacement (which were indeed okay)- extra $574.They refused to make the measurements for compression without it. Imposing services that have nothing to do with the problem I came with…
