Great bunch of guys. Very attentive to concerns and/or complaints you have about your car. They do really good work and they even wash your car when they are done working on it. People were telling me the dealerships charge more but that's not always true and these guys prove that to me every time. Very polite. I will not take my car anywhere else. Thanks guys.

Updated on 10/15/24: Matthew is always polite. But I have taken my car to this dealership on a few different occasions and they always wash my car and give it back to me clean. This time it does not look like it's been washed for a month and there are greasy fingerprints from the mechanic all over my door panel. And the gas pedal is slippery for some reason. On another note, every time I've taken my car in for a separate issue I asked him to have my driver's seat looked at because the heated seat turns on and off randomly. And there is something that has gotten more and more loose up under the driver seat. Anytime I turn or hit a bump I feel it bump up against my butt under the seat. My car was at the dealership this time for about a month. A couple weeks ago I mentioned the issue with whatever is loose under the seat and the heating apparatus turning on and off randomly. And he said "you know, that's troubleshooting?" or something to that effect and I said yes but I want it looked at. I've taken it to other mechanics and they say it can only be worked on or looked at at the dealership. So I don't know what the issue is. I bought my car through Carvana and I have a warranty with silver Rock. They've said multiple times they will take care of it. But for whatever reason Mathew won't push the issue. If I remember corrected the first time I took it to you guys for a recall I asked him about this. He just said that the heating apparatus would not turn on for the mechanics. But that's why every time I take it back I'm like it needs to be looked at.

I showed up an hour early, but was accepted with no fuss. I was told it could take about 2 hours, so I made myself comfortable in the lounge. A half hour later my car was ready, washed and vacuumed. Great service and always courteous.

Came in for two safety recall checks. They were completed sooner than expected. As always, very friendly, detailed and efficient. Glad the dealership is close to my home--super close and super convenient. Glad I bought my Hyundai Ioniq 5 there--next month is 3 yrs and grateful for it being perfectly trouble-free!!!

We have a 2019 Hyundai Sonata we had most of the Service was done Hyundai. Had no problems with the car always got it back clean . A few months ago, the paint on the hood start flaking off in big chunks so we took it too. Hyundai and Mathew was the person we talked to. He asked us to leave the car and let him see what he could do for us. He wrote emails to Hyundai he said sometimes it took a little time, but a few weeks the car was done and ready to go. I asked him what the bill was and he said nothing. Hyundai took care of it. This was a very pleasant surprise we picked up the car was clean and looked great. Want to thank Mathew for the work he did and , dealing with Hyundai to get us to help to fix it. He was very pleasant and nice to deal with. We appreciate what he did and we appreciate what Hyundai did for us too. I would recommend them definitely

Had my service visit today for oil change, tire rotation and filters changed. They vac'd and washed my car. Everything was done in a timely manner. Always great service at Hyundai Inland Empire Loma Linda

After months of not being able to get my car alignment done. I was finally able too and my overall experience was wonderful and was happy to know my car was indeed off. Glad I was able to have David to help me he definitely made it better of an experience. If not for him I'm sure I'd give 2 stars truth be told my prior experience wasn't so great. Thanks David

Excellent customer service, convenient location and a warm, friendly atmosphere. Matthew was great to work with in the service department, and we have had wonderful experiences with all levels of staff, especially the location manager.
